Grooming by Pam

Teresa does a fantastic job! She is always so patient with Brody & he struts out of there!

They have done an excellent job on my teacup poodle everytime! And the groomers are very friendly and helpful.

They were so unbelievably nice. My poor little dog has the hardest time getting her nails trimmed, and she kind of sounds like someone is trying to hurt her. They were so gentle and sweet with her. My other dog just got trimmed down for the summer, and he looks so handsome. I will definitely be taking my dogs back to this place!

I have two huskies, and I have taken them to Pam, and also to Petsmart for their quarterly Furminators.
Pam’s does a better job at getting all their fur out when they blow their coats, and the price is comparable, so that is usually my choice. However, this last visit left me disappointed.
When I take them to Petsmart, they allow me to pick the dogs up any time before they close, which is convenient because I work in a time sensitive business and can’t always leave in the middle of a project. At our last appointment, within three hours of dropping them off, I received several panicky voicemails, asking repeatedly when I was coming to pick up the dogs. I felt like they thought I’d abandoned them. I left work early and rushed over, but when I got there, they weren’t even finished. I had to wait while they finished up one of my dogs. When I got them both home, I realized they neglected to trim the fur between my older dog’s pads, so she slips and skids over our wood floors.
Normally, Pam’s does a great job, but this last visit was unpleasant and made me feel rushed and irritated that I was basically being scolded. If they want dogs picked up by a certain time, they need to say so when the customer drops them off. No such instruction was given.
I’m not sure I’ll be back. Petsmart occasionally leaves some residual shedding, but their customer service is always excellent, and the flexibility in schedule is very appealing.
