We recently purchased a Cadillac used from another dealer. There was only one key provided with our used purchase so I researched and bought compatible keys online. I took them to be cut and expected a hassle or high cost given experiences at other dealerships.
When I arrived the sales men were helpful in getting me back to service where I was told the cutting fee was $ 6 for both and it would be a few minutes. Everyone was smiling and friendly throughout this process.
The gentleman who cut the keys even offered to program them for me. He did that and then I asked what a replacement lens would run as ours fogged from a burnt bulb. He got me a quote and install price printed promptly.
This is a small interaction, but a great one for me.

Fantastic experience and highly recommend both Sales and Service! John Schmitt and Staff went the extra mile contacting Cadillac for assistance after our SRX was out of warranty saving us hundreds on a repair bill. Chuck Urban and Wayne Lohman are to be commended for their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to Cadillac and its customers. We need not go any further for our next Cadillac!

Don’t purchase cars from this dealership!!! Within 5 months of purchasing a certified Volkswagen CC the car needed over 3000 dollars worth of repairs. We took it to a Volkswagen certified mechanic and they said that either the dealership did not inspect the car thoroughly or they masked the problem to avoid having to repair it as the issue has snow balled and has caused other mechanically issues that could not have occurred within 5 months of owning a car. When we contacted the dealership they said since we were 1000 miles over the warranty they wouldn’t do anything. Don’t go to Jack Schmidt they don’t care about their customers and sell lemons.
