McDonald’s

I only rated ONE star because I had to rate it something. This experience that I had, I would give it NO stars if I could. McDonald’s Store number 32 771 according to my receipt, was the McDonald’s I visited this morning. I came through the drive-​thru around 0647 this morning, and was greeted by a not so friendly person on the other end of the speaker. I placed one order nothing big and the lady I am not sure as to who it was because she was not wearing her name tag, was very unprofessional. She did not read my order back to me, granted it was one thing but still. There was no manners or professionalism in her tone when she took the order, she instead used the words «Anything else?, OK pull around»! Then when I got to the window to pay, she had this «I do not want to be here» look on her face. I could hear how she greeted other customers and their experience was just as bad if not worse. Then when I do get to the pick-​up window the order was wrong, so the lady taking the order on the drive-​thru didn’t even take the order right. McDonald’s this is definitely not my best experience at this location, I will not let this keep me from dining at this location, I just pass this information on for you know that there are employees there not giving customers the true customer experience. They are instead looking as though, they do not want to be there, being short with the customers and getting the orders wrong.

We were in a huge hurry. Decided to skip the long line in drive thru and go inside. Big mistake. I waited in car while spouse went inside. Cars that came in drive thru AFTER us got their food first. No sense of urgency. Also something else we noticed were the cheeseburgers and how much smaller the actual burger is now. Enjoy your bread! Favorite part was we got the best fries… you know the kind, HOT! It’s McDonald’s…nuff said.

This is the best Mcdonalds I have ever been to. The store manager is absolutely fantastic, she really cares for her customers. The staff are very friendly and the food is exactly the way it should be hot and delicious!

I just moved to a new home and this has become my local McDonalds. I am not happy, this McDonalds is terrible in comparison to my previous one. Very poor service at the drive through, very unlikely you will actually get what you ordered. They also don’t seem to keep any food ready, even the $ 1 items, you have to pull forward and wait several minutes for them to bring the wrong items out to you. 1 star!
