I have always dreaded going to the dentist until my first encounter with the staff here. Dr. Palmer is the world’s best dentist period! She helps you feel comfortable and explains every step along the way.
The work she did today is nothing short of perfection. I used to feel insecure about my teeth, but she changed that after my visit today. Dr. Palmer said «nothing in denistry is permanent» and she has made me a believer.
Richard the office manager made it possible to get the work done today and organize a payment plan that fit my needs. If you are looking for a dentist or unhappy with your current dentist I strongly recommend calling them.

I have been looking for a new dentist for a while now. Dr. Palmer was professional and confident and made me feel at ease.
The office was new, clean, and modern. The staff was courteous and I was in and out. I’d have no problems returning for future visits.

I’m not going to lie, I picked this place because A. It was in my insurance network and B. They had a nice website. (I’m in Marketing, what can I say.) Dentists are on every corner around here and nobody I knew seemed to have a decent recommendation so I took a risk.
I was so impressed with my entire experience! The facility is fresh and modern (they did wonders to that old Hardee’s building). The receptionist was cheerful when I checked in. I then met the dentist, Nida Palmer, who first impressed me with her perfect, white teeth and amazing hair – I should also mention she has a sweet, southern MO accent (adorbs!). She explained her history and practice – assuring me they are a private practice that doesn’t have quotas to meet. The information and background given instantly made me feel like I had made a good choice (whew).
The x-​rays are digital and they LET YOU SEE THEM as you get them. They also take cool photos of your teeth. In the chair, Dr. Palmer actually teaches you about what they are looking for. With a TV screen near your eyes (important for seeing the fine detail), you learn about what cavities look like on your x-​ray (whoops, I had one or two) and the photos taken with the «tooth cam» were essential to see parts of your mouth that are impossible to see without an Inspector Gadget arm. Again, everything is viewable with the TV on the chair. This includes House Hunters on HGTV (or your channel of choice) for the in-​between moments.
After a thorough cleaning, I was presented with a treatment program for my dental «issues» (a-​hem). I felt ZERO pressure to commit and I was encouraged to schedule based on my budget, as opposed to being told my teeth would probably cause a brain infection if I didn’t commit to treatment asap. Thankfully my new dental insurance covers so much… no worries here.
I love to spread the word for a good business that could easily get lost in this jungle of retail/​medical we call O’Fallon, MO. Kids would love Dr. Palmer. With the great bedside manner, modern facility, thorough education and care of your toofers, I highly recommend to all.
