Very pleased! Probably one of the best experiences from start to finish I have had with a furniture company. LOVED our salesperson Pamela — we started chatting about our kids and husband’s as we were waiting for the manager to get me a better price on a dresser I wanted for my 3 year old son. She got the price lowered for me twice which was Greatly appreciated because I was very happy with the final price. Then she had the guys measure my car trunk to see if I could take away that day and avoid delivery and sure enough it fit! The guys wrapped the dresser and mirror and loaded it in my car with no issues. I did have to get two other things delivered a mirror for my daughter and a table and they had delivery setup within the week which I was very happy about! The delivery guys were great! There were 4 of them to setup a table and mirror which made me very happy because the process was very quick! They told me I may want to consider buying felt pads for the bottom of the chairs and table legs because they noticed the table and chairs slid a little with the plastic ones on my wood floor. They showed me and explained the care for the furniture and the warranty. Took a picture of the finished table setup and had me sign and left. I honestly couldn’t be happier! The guys were clean and friendly and I felt safe with them in my home. I do not write reviews often but after the horrible experience I had at Ashley furniture this was worth sharing a good experience.

I went in to look at dining room furniture and was in a hurry. The selection was great and the salesman that greeted me was very courteous and when I explained to him that I was in a hurry he didn’t waste any time. I was out of there in under thirty minutes and on my way.

Just purchased a new recliner from here. They have quite the selection. Be careful of the salesperson you choose to work with. Some aren’t very knowledgable. Pick-up for the my purchase was quick and easy and they helped load into my truck.

We purchased our mattress during a President’s Day sale so it was only fitting I returned when we were looking to purchase a new sofa. I like that they have a decent selection and prices. In fact, I found out the sofa I was going to purchase at another store has a complete set with decent prices. This saleswoman, Mira(not sure on the spelling) approached me and was chatting my ear off. When I’m furniture shopping, I like to be left alone… if I need something I’ll tell you. THEISSUE: Well, I told her I was browsing but very interested in the chair and the ottoman. However, they didn’t have the ottoman in the store or a picture of it. Inconvenient. So she took me back to her desk and quoted me prices if we were to haul it off in person and pay the same day. She also said there was a military discount. Later I asked at another Rothman if there was, he said there was not. False advertisement, much. The next problem was that the ottoman would take 6 weeks to get in. Erm, they’re a locally owned chain in this area with their distribution center and buyers in St. Charles… and it’s going to take 6 weeks? I don’t think so. We didn’t have 6 weeks as we’re military and PCSing to the next base. So she emailed her buyer and asked if they could get it in sooner. I’m not purchasing an ottoman that may or may not be here when I move. Then she preceded to take my name and number and told me she would definitely call me back Monday with a final answer. She never called me back, at all. WTF? Does she not want a sale? I can’t stand people who say they’re going to call and don’t. That’s bad for business. Instead of waiting around, I decided to go to a different Rothman and purchase an $ 1100 sectional. He knocked $ 94 off the price and we picked it up 3 days later. OVERALL: If you want to go to Rothman’s, skip this one. Their sales staff needs training classes on professionalism and catering to the customer.

Saturday we were on the lookout for a recliner. Within 20 seconds of being the store the ever-so-helpful salesman Jim C. comes to our rescue. We had already been to 3 other furniture stores and 2 being not-so-good experiences so I am a tad bit irratated. (Backround info: We recently found out that the hubby«knocked me up». We also found out that I am high risk and will be bed-ridden part of the pregnancy which means I will have to be A) in a bed or B) in a recliner that really goes far back. So the importance of finding«the one» was key.) I knew exactly what I wanted. Ok scratch that I knew what we wanted but also knew what we could afford. I fell in love online with La-Zy Boy recliner with heat, massage, etc. Jim showed us one there that was basically the exact same but $ 500 less and didn’t feel like we were sitting on a freaking rock like the one at La-Zy boy. I actually was torn between two recliners this one and this other one that was super soft. This poor salesman was so patient with me playing musical chairs between the two for at least 25 minutes. He plugged the chair in for us and showed us all the different colors, checked the shipment dates(and even let us take the second one since he hubby will be out of school then.) Overall happy. He made everything so easy that I actually enjoyed my shopping for furniture(which I usually hate.) Thank you Jim C! P. S. They aren’t the most expensive for delivery in town like the liar salesman at Ashley said either!
