It was difficult to make an appointment due to their many «bargain» through deal chicken and groupon. The lot was so packed that there was absolutely no room to park the car to leave it for service. I would be surprised that the other cars in the lot do not end up with door dings or scrapes. The «free» oil change that we purchase through Deal Chicken cost us $ 8 which was unethical due to the offer we purchased ahead of time. The driver’s seat had multiple grease stains which will take some work to get out of our leather interior. This business misrepresents itself — beware!
