Made a service call on Saturday and a follow-​up appointment for Tuesday afternoon for someone to come out and give me an estimate for replacement of both my furnace and a/​c. Apparently they make so much money they dont need work because no one bothered to show up. I called the office after taking off work to wait all afternoon only to be told no one was available. After calling the owner was supposed to come out himself and after another hour and a half of waiting no one showed up. Dont waste your time with this place there are plenty of other reputable companies in the area that actually take pride in customer service!

My air conditioner died last night, today is one of the hottest days so far this year. Was wondering how many organs I would have to sell to pay for a new unit, as mine is 13 years old. Called Swiss Air first thing this morning, they were here by 10 am, said there was 1 bad part and one that was borderline. Had it fixed in no time for less than $ 500, and could not have been nicer or more professional. They have a customer for life! Thanks Matt, I’m sure I will be calling for a new system in the future!

They were great from my initial call to finishing the job. Professional, friendly and on time. Bryan, my service technician was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail what he was doing during the job. He was efficient and helped me to learn my new system and how it workes. Their pricing was fantastic. I would not hesitate to refer this firm to any of my friends or family.

I found Swiss Air & Cooling about 7 years ago when I needed a new air conditioner. I was very impressed on all levels. Professional, well priced, reliable, excellent workmanship. I had an issue just after the warranty was out and they took care of everything at no charge.
I have since used them for both a furnace and a hot water heater with the same impressive results. Best company I’ve ever hired for my home needs.
