As a Human Resources professional, I have a passion for working with organizations who are seeking to better manage the employment function, and the relationship that they have with their employees. Whether the focus is reduction of administrative costs, improved compliance, employee communication, or management of hiring and firing, I enjoy designing and implementing solutions that target a specific problem and are budget minded.
