My daughter was seeing a hair dresser that she liked. once we made a last minute appointment with another stylist, bad decision. Her hair was cut very uneven, at least 2 inches shorter on one side than the other. She has very long straight hair. Should be easy to cut. When we could get back in with Sonia she evened it out some, and said she would correct more at the next appointment, because my daughter did not want her hair cut short. Sonia left. So she saw another stylist. Mistake, again not cut straight. We will not be going back.

I would hope that if I was paying the prices they ask for a manicure and a pedicure at the very least the nail polish would have a far better selection and then on closer inspection not only was the selection the worst I have ever had — the gloppy dried out bottles made the experience even worse. Wanted to just leave and go elsewhere — far too expensive for their services and the two times I have been there in the nail salon — I was the only the customer. I have never been in a nail salon where I was the only customer… speaks volumes!!!

I went in for a hair consultation and ended up getting my hair cut. The stylist dry cut my hair at least 2 inches shorter than we agreed on, and didn’t style or wash my hair at all. Besides that, it is the worst hair cut I have ever received. It looks absolutely horrible. I told the stylist I wanted something more «professional» and I now have a hair cut a 5 year old would have. The entire consultation and hair cut lasted 19 minutes. I called and talked to a manager who told me they don’t do refunds at all and that she had to call another manager and get back to me. She told me that day that I could come in to have someone fix it, but obviously my hair was too short already and they only way to «fix it» would be to cut it again, which I had made clear that I did not want. 2 days later she finally called to tell me that she can give me $ 10 back, which I would have to come back in to pick up, or she could credit my account at Aqua for the $ 32 haircut, and I could use it towards another service. I would never trust them to do anything to my hair/​nails again. I thought Aqua would be a reputable salon to trust, but I was obviously wrong.

Second time coming here lo did cut and color. Always an amazing experience. So friendly and nice. I always walk out feeling great.
