Bella Nails

If I could give this place 0 stars I would not only was the wait over 35 minutes but I went in and just asked for a color change pink with white tips they put the nail polish on so thick that it literally is now wavy all over my fingers a four year old could have did a better job next time I will go back to spa and nails in oak forest and they do an excellent job ladies beware

I will never return to this place again despite the pleasant techs. The person whom seems to be running the place (Jennifer) is very rude. She sat me at the pedicure bowl and because I have eczema she walked away went to another client who just came in. She said absolutely nothing. I must tell my brother not to get me another gift certificate from this place.

I will not be returning. After waiting for almost an hour to be seated the service was terrible. I was cut twice, and my nails are a mess. My toes and nails are two different colors. After I was done getting my pedicure, she asked if I wanted the same color on my nails and I said yes. She then walked me to the manicurist station and walked away with my polish in her hands. Unbeknownst to me, she was distracted, and sat down my polish, and picked up another polish that was a shade or two lighter than the one on my toes. After getting home and paying closer attention I noticed the difference in colors on my hand and feet. My cuticles are a mess and it doesn’t look as though I went to the salon.

Extremely crowded on my first few visits. On days where they are extremely busy, expect for temper tantrums to go off and complete utter disrespect. Though I understand things can get very hectic from time to time. I would give the place 2 stars for it’s very nice looking interior and spa chairs. But I believe that won’t make up for my bad experience there.

OMG! Now I have a confession. I’m unable to stay faithful to just one nail tech. I know that’s sad, right? Well, let me tell you about my night at Bella’s. They were like 15min. closed before I pulled up, but I saw a guy standing in front of the nail salon and I said, «could you do me a fill-​in»? He hesitated for a minute, but he said,“sure”.YES, I know close your mouth, UN heard of right? Well he did a fantastic job and he did it in 42 min. with out ANY cuts! WOWZER for me, but the best part is I told him I was a Unilocaler, pulled out my phone, showed my profile, and he was giggling and saying,“THANK YOU SO MUCH AND NEXT TIME YOU COME YOU GET A DISCOUNT”! That was music to my ears and $$$$$ in my pocket, at least after the fact of me getting another fill-​in:)
