History
Established in 2006.
Chef Scott Fraser & his wife Josee Fraser started their restaurant career in Oak Harbor in 1990 where they managed Kasteel Franssen Restaurant for 13 years. In 2004 when Scott & Josee left Kasteel Franssen they both decided that they wanted to open their own restaurant. In 2006 Frasers Gourmet Hideaway opened it’s doors. Since then Scott, Josee & family have been involved in running Frasers full time. Scott has also been involved in many charitable community events including mentoring for the Oak Harbor High School Culinary team.
