i rate this. COMPANY NO STARS!!! company cause they are HORRIBLE!!! they do not have any experience with new model machine! they came in a diagnosis my machine which i knew what the problem was and i needed someone to fix it!! they took money for a problem i knew… i called the next day to have the guy to fix it!! call twice no answer called the day after and the guy said he didnt want to DEAL WITH THAT MACHINE! so they just take money and try to have you go out and buy a new machine! after its a new machine!!!

We called Par’s after our three year old Maytag dishwasher broke. The repairman came out and was able to explain the problem in simple terms we understood. Let’s face it – a lot of time the repairman’s explanation might as well be another language. While he was out we asked him to take a look at our Maytag stove, which was also having problems after four years. He ordered parts ad fixed both. We thought the cost was quite reasonable. I’ve already recommended Par’s to friends.

After a horrible experience with another company contacted Pars, who I used in the past, and was able to diagnose my issue quickly. I made the mistake of calling someone else on a Sunday and wasted money — never again. My advice is wait the day and work with a reputable and professional local company.
I will NOT call anyone else but Par’s again — you shouldn’t either.
