I’ve been on hold for 37+ minutes while a pharmacy tech checks to see if they have a medication in stock… still holding… Bueller… Bueller… Bueller?

Slowest pharmacy ever. By the time I got my prescription, the next month’s refill was available. You decide if that is a joke. I’ve been coming here for years, not often enough to switch. Just a word of warning.

ZERO rating! This is the worse clinic I have ever dealt with. My mother went with an ear infection. First, she was given a prescription for EYE infection instead of ear infection. After the «correct» medicine was given her condition got worse. When I called on behalf of my mother, not only were they rude, but asked us to pay for a new visit as a new patient. Please save yourself a headache of going to this place. I can’t believe Walgreens allow this to happen. With $ 110 we could have went to a private real doctor.

It’s a 24 hour Walgreens so that’s a big plus for those who need something late at night. They are spacious and the aisles are wide, not narrow and crushed into a smaller square footage. They have a walk in clinic for those not in an emergency but need some sort of medical help. They have a huge selection of over the counter meds, but are a little on the higher end (as is normal for this chain). Very conveniently located on 95^th and Cicero, big plus.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the window, the rep didn’t acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes more. Why have two lanes if you don’t have enough staff?

I love this Walgreens cause they always have everything! And the size of this store is great! I went to the clinic they are very nice and helpful. A little bit of a wait but you have to expect that if you’re a walk in. I didn’t mind. I always come here for everyday needs.

Terrible customer service at the clinic! The nurses were nothing but rude to me and laughed in my face after my strep throat test came back negative, like I was over-​exaggerating my symptoms. Would never recommend this place to anyone and ill never be back again!

I had my prescription transferred to this Walgreens after the suggested waiting time I asked the Walgreen staff how much longer It was going to take she tells me I can get the same prescription and over-​the-​counter for a cheaper price I went to check and guess what they’re all out so thank you for the waste of my time I left without anything now I got to go somewhere else thanks

Waited on hold with the pharmacy for 45 minutes today! This pharmacy is a disaster. I’ve been without my medicine for two weeks because I can’t get anyone who knows what’s going on to answer the phone! Even my doctor said it was a mess when he called over there. Switching asap.

UNFORTUNATELY, I had to visit the store. One of my WORST experiences EVER. I came in a terrible pain, took a package of painkillers form a shelf and in a flicker of thought of ‘things to do” a sponge and went to the cashier. I was waiting in a line forever although there were two customers only. I started seeing black spots in front of my eyes, flashes and shivers interchangeably, and shivering. Just one thought –get out of there. I opened the pills because I couldn’t wait any longer, the female cashier left the customer, walked to a male cashier next to her to talk… I felt as if I was going to faint, it all took ages so I decided to get the water from the fridge to take the pills… finally I got to the counter, had to lean on it, breathing heavily. The cashier asked me if those three things, really? There was nobody behind me. Then asked me twice the same questions about the card and a plastic bags– and I was swaying on my legs… and I just said I want to get out of there cause I am going to faint… I remember swiping the card… No. Nobody asked me if I am ok. And trust me, I know that I didn’t look ok… I went out and heard a woman outside saying that they want me back as something is wrong. Oh, I didn’t finish transaction. I don’t’ know how I passed through another bunch of questions on the screen (they should have more– what’s your favorite color, your mother’s name, first date.) exhausted I managed to drag myself to the car and buckle the kids, oh, I was with the two… I opened the water bottle (no I didn’t drive away tire screeching) when I saw two women– security guards in front of the car, telling me that I shop lifted. lucky they, if I was ok I would have surely noted their names… so I had to give them back the bag with the shopping, but none of them agreed to watch the kids, while I went back to the store, although I said that I was feeling sick and they might need to call the ambulance. And did anyone ask me if I was feeling ok? NO. Did anyone asked me if I needed help? NO. They totally ignored that. These were robots with no compassion with their brains drained and filled with formulas to recite. ugh
And one star only because you have to do that. ugh

Clinic Staff is great and the employees are nice. Big selection of products and private parking!

This location is 24 hours, which is great because other ones are not. I used to come here all the time years ago, but I stopped doing so because it got seedy at night. Too many strage ones lurking around nearby, and I was approached one time for money. Another time, some man asked me to give him a ride. They are usually stocked fine, the store is pretty clean, service is good, but I am not a fan.

I have the unfortunate luck of this Walgreens being the closest to my house. It at one point was a quality store with quality workers. They are sadly quite less than now. The shelves are either was overstocked basically pull one thing off the shelf and everything around it’s gonna come tumbling down or grossly under stocked like nothing nada zero hope you didn’t want it that bad. The employees drag ass. They clearly hate their jobs! They’re rude disrespectful and lazy. This is not a run in run out store. This is a lazy afternoon store cuz hey why not stand in a line of 20 people that all have 1 or 2 items each (don’t worry they aren’t intimidated by long lines or frustrated waiting customers). Infact I’d advise just stopping at a different Walgreens all together if at all possible unless wasting time is your gig!!!

The Minute Clinic here is terrible. The doctors were more interested in talking to me about my job than my health. Of the 15 minutes I was there I think they only spent two actually doing a diagnosis that was pretty poor. I would go to a real doctor instead of this.

I am so happy that I transferred my prescriptions here. The previous Walgreens where I had my prescriptions was horrible.
However, the staff here are friendly and cordial. The pharmacy has the express kiosk for pick up. Great selection of food items. I bought some watermelon — and it was fresh and tasty — even in January.

Love that I can get checked out here rather than wait weeks to see my regular doctor. However, I had to wait 2 – 3 hours to get in… Very long wait in the busy season

I came here few months ago for ear wax removal at the take care clinic, my experience there was just terrible, I was paying from my pocket, and asked in advance, they said it was ok, the nurse there, older female, was not very happy to learn that I don’t have insurance, the whole ear exam took less than 5 seconds, was more of pretend exam than anything else, the nurse said my ears were clean and no wax was there, biggest lie ever, she just didn’t want to get involved with a patient who is paying out of packet as I realized later.
Still she wanted to charge me obviously, and tolled me, listen to this, that she had to come up with a diagnosis, and will write down that I had pain in my ears, which I didn’t, and I said that’s just not true, I had no pain, just ears with some wax in them, she insisted that she had to lie in order to bill me.
It’s bearable to deal with not– so-​honest car mechanic or a used car salesman, but a health professional? that’s just really tough.
The nurse there was more of a crook, than anything else.

The parking lot is a battle royal. This walgreens is past its prime.
