Erol and Cheryl are by far the best land lords I ever dealt with. They received my car when I shipped it. It was full of cloth and furniture. They unloaded it in my apartment. They went above and beyond what a land lord would do. They are so friendly and loved by everyone the leases from them. I would highly recommend them. Not only are they good land lords they are genuinely good people.

I cannot say enough about Erol and Cheryl at European Touch. We lived at the 710 Washington Blvd property on a quick whirlwind 1 year stay in Chicago. From the start we could tell they were hard working honest people, but by the end of the year, they made us feel like family.
The apartment is nice and was enough room for my family of 4 with ample storage downstairs (included in the rent). The location was awesome, walkable to the YMCA, downtown Oak Park, the green line. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The building is amazingly quiet, and since we have left (with our two noisy kids), its probably even quieter. The only downside was the parking is a little tough in the winter if you have to park behind the building.
Erol and Cheryl are definitely hard working, and are always available for your maintenance issues, if not immediately, within the day. They keep excellent care of their buildings and truly take pride in their work. I would take them with me to my new apartment if I could! I cannot say enough about the management and would highly recommend ANY of their buildings to any of my close friends and family.

I hardly ever write reviews here but was so impressed with my interactions with Erol and Cheryl that I had to write a review for these wonderful people. I recently visited Oak Park to look for apartments and was lucky to get in touch with the European Touch Property. They are simply the best in business and take great pride in the buildings they own. The properties I saw were in great locations and very well maintained. Both of them went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure they were available at all times and all my questions were answered. I highly highly recommend getting in touch with them if you are planning to move to Oak Park.

We love living here! The location is amazing, close to parks, the library, the YMCA — everything is in walking distance! My husband and I are sharing a car this year and it is totally do-​able because we can easily walk anywhere.
We do have two small kids so we were afraid of making too much noise or hearing too much, but the building is very well made. We rarely hear anyone! Everyone that we have met in passing have been very kind and respectful.
We feel so lucky to have found this place. We can tell the landlords take pride in the building and they are SO nice and professional! The common areas are always clean and the grounds are kept beautiful!

I lived in 422 S Euclid Property for 3 years. I really enjoyed it. Cheryl and Erol are great people to work with and they really take care of their properties and keep them as modern as possible. European Touch is simply the best! Cheryl and Erol take a unique pride in their properties that is unlike anywhere I have ever lived. It’s the small touches, quality craftsmanship, and friendly interactions that lift European Touch above the rest. Have a question or need maintenance? Expect a prompt reply! The public areas of their buildings are also well maintained. While i recently moved from one of their Oak Park properties to a condo in the city, I will not forget the great apartment that welcomed my wife and I to the Chicago area.
