These guys rock! Best service I’ve reviewed in a long time from any organization. They were responsive and compassionate. Even dropped me off at home after helping me deal with my car. If I ever need tow I wouldn’t hesitate to all these guys.

I had the best service from Falcon towing! When I called, they answered all my questions and sent someone out in less time than they quoted. The guy who came out to help me change my tire was helpful, funny, and quick! I would definitely recommend Falcon to anyone who’s in need of a tow!

Joe is the man. Picked up my car way out in the suburbs during rush hour. And drove me home. A lot of people wouldn’t actually take someone home. Great guy

For those of you looking for a combo treatment in Oak Park for your broke down car… use these guys for towing. Again, thank you Unilocal for not steering me wrong.
Called these guys up, got a solid and fair quote immediately and a truck was out to my place in under an hour. Driver hops out, introduces himself, and confirms the details. Takes great care of my beater, gets to the shop quickly. He clearly knows the guys at my shop (a good sign) and has a good working relationship with them.

My car battery died and I needed a jump. Called them and the phone call was quick and painless. Not 5 minutes later the truck shows up and quickly jumped my car, charged me 45 $ and left. It was all so fast and professional. The whole ordeal took less than 10 minutes. I would absolutely use them again. My go-​to place in Oak Park now.

About a month ago I was headed to the Blackhawks game and blew out both passenger side tires on my Audi A7. Audi roadside lined up a tow but an hour and a half later no tow truck. Called Falcon and they were to the United Center in less then 20 minutes. Great to deal with top to bottom. Driver was awesome and had it on the hook in 10 minutes after being there. Phone number is saved and have been telling people downtown to make sure they call here if they need help.

Growing up in Oak Park it is nice that I was able to support local business. I called Joe the day before and he quoted me the price. He honored the same price even though it snowed 10 inches the following day. Joe was nice and very friendly. He’s definitely someone I am adding to my contacts to call if I have future car problems.
He towed my car from Oak Park to Bridgeport and the price he quoted was fair.

good towing company!!!

I live in a high rise building with indoor parking. My car was parked on the second floor. My car wouldn’t start, I called the building garage management for a jump and of course that didn’t resolve the starting issue. I called The dealer I bought the car from and explained the situation, i also mentioned that i have to be somewhere within 2 hours. the dealer sent Joe from Falcon Towing with a loaner car loaded on his truck. Since its a building; no tow truck can drive in, Joe managed to get my car Down to the street, load it on his truck, and gave me the keys to the loaner he brought with. Joe was fast, friendly and knowledgable. I guess i was lucky the dealer paid for my tow and repair under warranty. But I kept Falcon Towing’s number in case family or friends get stuck. Thanks Falcon Towing for good service.

Hi, I am responding to the owner’s response from my originial review. The owners’ was all a lie. So now I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
I do know my car and communicated the year, make, and model to Joe over the phone. He should of asked the appropriated questions over the phone so that he knew to bring a flat bed prior to arriving. Also, the company that ended up removing my car pushed it from garage to alley because car would not start and loaded onto the flatbed they did not have to rig it onto anything!!! This is a complete LIE!!! I will call jalisco towing to let them know that you are lying about a job they did. I will also call Gateway autobody to let them of the things that you have said they are saying about one of their long term clients!!!
Just to reiterate I saw my car on the flatbed and it was driven comfortably thru the alley (something you could not do) I had to shut the garage door! Do not go here, especially since now I know that they are liars!!! The company is untrustworthy and unprofessional!!!
Also, no wonder the tow truck driver could not find my garage. He is an idiot. Obviously, does not listen to addresses. He thought I lived Armitage/​Milwaukee, which I do not. No wonder I had to walk to him and direct him back to my car.
Again if in the city call Jalisco Towing they are honest and professional.
Just called Gateway Autobody spoke with Santos who has known me for over 10 year apparently, Joe, the owner is friends with the owner of Gateway which is why he thinks he can lie about the story and other things. I am calling Jalisco Towing now. I will update once I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.
Also, just spoke with Ramiro from Jalisco to confirm that he had no problems loading my car onto the flat bed in my alley. Also, confirmed that there were no issues or problems due to the width of my alley.
He NEVER inspected my car in anyway. He never offered to get a flat bed. In fact when he asked me what model, I said series 2 SE, he said I needed a flat bed. I was shocked as to why he did not ask me that question over the phone. He got back in his car and I called Gateway Autobody to speak with Santos. At that point there was no way I was going to let him take my car after I was treated horribly by him. So glad because now I know by his actions that his company is not right, especially if he thinks as a owner it is okay to flat out lie and to lie about what other company’s have done, said etc.

My car stalled of the I-​290. Falcon was there to help in a matter of minutes. Up-​front price quote over the phone (no BS), new tow-​truck, friendly & knowledgeable staff. After towing me to my destination, the driver informed me that my insurance would probably pick up the cost and provided me with all of the necessary paper work for that.

My Luxury SUV broke down on the Expressway during the morning rush hour. I give Joe at Falcon Towing a call. He arrived at the estimated time, with the right type of tow truck (a flat bed) for my luxury vehicle and gave me a fair price.
I believe it is hard to trust a tow guy when you are in a jam. So please note that Joe was fair, friendly and didn’t take advantage of my situation. I strongly recommend that you write his number down… keep it in your car (for emergencies) and know you have some you can trust to give it to you straight.

Joe does great work. It’s hard to find a quality tow service, but this guy knows what he’s doing. My car is lowered with a lot of aftermarket parts. Luckily Joe has long flatbed and knows how to use it. I’ve used him multiple times on a variety of jobs. He can definitely take care of you. Quick, personable, knowledgeable, up-​to-​date/​quality equipment (beautiful trucks), and a great value. He goes above and beyond the basic tow guy. I absolutely refuse to use anyone else (no bs, for real).
