Healthy Tooth Dental

Disclaimer: I was not treated by Dr Lopez, as it turned out they were not accepting my insurance plan any longer.
However, the female receptionist who answered the phone took the time to give me names, websites and phone numbers for a few other places to contact since I needed urgent care. Not one of the other 15 places I called before calling Healthy Tooth Dental did anything but tell me the soonest they could get me in, which was in most cases about 2 weeks away. If you have ever had a toothache/​cracked molar, you know that waiting 2 weeks is NOT an option.
Anyway, considering customer service is a dying skill I felt it worth rating this office based on the extra effort they provided in giving me (I’m not even their customer!) the extremely helpful info I really needed.

I like this dentist because dr Rodrigues tells you how it is. But what I like about her is that you can joke around with her. It feels like a friendly atmosphere there.

Let me just start by saying this: I have NEVER had a good experience with the dentist, but Dr. Rodriguez has officially turned me into someone who is excited to go to the Dentist! She’s gentle and explains everything throughly. My first appointment was for X-​rays, polishing and flossing my teeth (just your regular checkup). I was in and out in less than an hour. I was AMAZED! I’ve never had a dentist appointment lasted less than 2 hours EVER! Then I scheduled another appointment because I had a cavity. I was brought back within 5 mins of arriving and I was out in 30 mins. To top it all off, I almost cancelled my filling appointment because of a financial issue and they gave me an option of paying the next week! WHAT! Seriously, where has this place been all my life? I will never go anywhere else.

The best dentist around. Dr. Rodriguez and her staff are very gentle and like to educate you on the importance of oral health. I bring my kids to the office and they love it! Highly recommended.

Healthy Tooth Dental and Dr. Lopez are great! They are professional and do great work. The office is clean and inviting. The folks at the front desk are super helpful and have great communication skills. There are no misunderstandings or confusion here! They are upfront about costs and work with your insurance to make sure everything is inline with your coverage.
All of the dental staff are knowledgable and very skilled. All of the work I have had done has been excellent. They really listen to patient concerns and try and create a dental plan that best fit each person’s needs and situations. They really meet you where you are at.
Also, they play great music so you can enjoy it while you’re getting your teeth worked on. Much better than being stuck with your own thoughts and the sound of the dental equipment! I 100% recommend Healthy Tooth Dental!
