My husband and I have worked with Kelly on the purchase of two homes and the rental of one as well. She is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and informed realtor. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a home. Kelly is dedicated to meeting your needs and does so with a positive and personable manner. She is market and tech-​savvy, and provides great insights that help to make the most informed decisions. She also helped us find the right team of people to help us purchase our home including a wonderful inspector and amazing mortgage broker. Overall, I cannot say enough about the level of service and professionalism that Kelly offers. She’s a gem!

After 10 years in Oak Park we approached Kelly to sell our home, and I would recommend giving Kelly a call. While Kelly is first a professional, it felt like working with an old friend or neighbor.

WOW! Kelly Fondow is awesome! I just closed on my 6th home purchase (some to live in, some for investment) and I have used a different realtor every time because I have never liked one enough to go back. Kelly’s knowledge of the real estate market, insights into the community, and easygoing personality made the process truly low stress. I finally found a great realtor! I will work with Kelly from now on.
Kelly is a true professional with a commitment to serving her clients. She worked around our schedules and responded quickly to my calls, texts and emails. It was clear throughout the process that she wanted us to find the home that was best for us without regard for what her commission would be. The inspector, lender, and insurance agent she recommended were all great to work with also! She even turned us on to the best local hardware store ever.
Kelly was a pleasure to work with — genuine, caring and funny. Her sense of humor and down to earth personality helped to make our search pleasant and fun. Kelly was an absolute joy to work with. Went the extra mile on everything. I was relocating to Chicago and had no clue about any neighborhood or what I wanted. kelly was very patient and educational about all things Chicago. I work very long hours and she was always willing to meet me when I had time. I was not expected to alter my hours to fit her. I would, and have, suggested her to everyone I have heard needed real estate help.
Kelly was extremely professional and fun to work with. If you need an agent she is your girl!

I wish I could give Kelly a ten star review. I can’t imagine a better real estate agent. First of all, Kelly is wicked smart, knows the market, has a crazy good eye for good value, and loves people. It’s obvious that her primarily motivation is getting you into the house of your dreams. And yet she won’t push on budget — if I had started to veer out of my price range, I believe she would have been the first to remind me that a home should facilitate life and not the other way around.
Her enthusiasm for being a partner in such a major life decision was calming, encouraging, and now, a year later, has landed me in the best possible situation I could have ever imagined when I first started looking. This was even as I started out with her with something completely different in mind.
I can’t say enough about her general awesomeness as a human being and her amazing skill in her profession. I can’t imagine why anyone would use anyone else.

I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough. When we put our house on the market, Kelly’s advice about listing price as well as how to showcase our home’s best features were spot on. She’s got a great eye and her advice is worth taking.
While our house was on the market, she was also helping us find a new home. Selling a house and trying to buy one at the same time can be so very stressful, but Kelly was great at helping us stay calm and on track. She’s so good at putting people at ease; the fact that she is so down to earth and has a great sense of humor helps a lot!
One of the best things about Kelly is that she truly listens to what you’re looking for in a home and does her very best to find it for you. Though we sometimes got discouraged because the timing between selling and buying a house was stressful, Kelly kept encouraging us and helped us remain positive. She was right too — it all worked out perfectly and we absolutely love our new house.
During the process of selling and purchasing a home we had plenty of questions and Kelly answered every one of them (sometimes multiple times!) thoughtfully and patiently. She was there with us every step of the way. Though I love our house so much that I can’t imagine moving, if we ever do, Kelly is definitely who I want to work with.
