This dry cleaners is outrageously expensive. $ 14.50 for one suit??? And the worst part is that they don’t even get your clothes clean! I took some shirts there that they failed to clean properly TWICE! I was offered no discount, only a weak apology. It’s a pain, I know, but do your research and find a less expensive, higher quality cleaners. I would make a recommendation, but I’m still on the hunt myself. All I can do is advise you to pass on O’Connors.

DONOTTAKEYOURDRYCLEANINGTOTHISSHOP… One star is one too many. I have been going to this dry cleaners for over 5 years-today was the end. Three pairs of slacks went in, two came back in terrible condition. I showed the white pants to the owner – yellow blotchy marks all over and along the outside seams-he said he worked very hard on these pants and they must have come in that way-really? I had taken these pants in before and explained that they are delicate and expensive-please be very careful… he acted like he would do nothing and .then I decided to check the tan pants-they were unacceptable-and again-he tells me I brought them in that way-no refund-no«I’ll see what I can do»…he seemed angry with me—

Really I cannot even give this place a half a star. I just moved here and tried the cleaners for the first time. My first drop off I had lots of stuff. As we started to go through it I thought I noticed a shirt that didn’t look like my husbands because it was dark and thought it might have been left from the last drop, but didn’t have my husband there to confirm. I picked it up and took it home and my husband said that was not his nor another shirt monogrammed with other initials. I returned them and asked for a credit on the other stuff and they said they never charged me. Really how would they know that! I saw the shirt and questioned it at the drop so how would they know? In addition 2 pairs of pants had spots on them when I went to wear them. One was like a chemical spot and the other was a bleach or white drip on a pair of new pants. In addition to the cost others talk about the service was awful and not even an apology for sending me home with someone else’s stuff! Didn’t know you could get something as mindless as dry cleaning messed up. Too bad you can’t give negative stars on the review.

$ 2.05FOR A MEN’S SHIRT??? I don’t think I have ever paid more than $ 1.50 anywhere but a hotel. Shirts were processed quickly and came back looking good, but not enough to warrant paying $ 2.05 each for the rest of my life.

I brought some mens’ shirts and faux-fur coat and other coats and jackets to this place once. They did a pretty bad job with very expensive price. When I got them back, I found some of shirts’ buttons were broken, cracked, and they lost a button of my winter coat. I just cannot believe how come this place can do a business for a long time. I never ask dry & laundry cleaning to this place anymore.

I went today to drop off two pairs of my husband’s Brooks Brothers dress pants. No stains, nothing special. These usually cost $ 3 – 4 apiece at the downtown Chicago cleaners my husband usually goes to. I’m in Oak Park every day and decided to give O’Connor’s a try. They quoted me $ 13.90 for two pairs of pants. That’s really expensive. I hope this joint is absolutely stellar at what it does and that folks bring in high-end stuff in need of care. But $ 14 for two pairs of pants is bananas.

I work in a hospital and I’ve gotten all kinds of stains on my clothes. Every time I bring my shirts into O’Connors they do an amazing job making the shirts look just like new. I’m super impressed with the friendly service, timing and they do a great job all together.

Spent an absolute fortune and not one piece was properly cleaned. The buttons on my Marc Jacobs jacket were damaged, it didn’t smell or look clean. The spot on my dress is still there without a note. My coat, same story. I’m not even going to bring the stuff back, it’s just not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that this dry cleaner is Ridiculously expensive. I’ll be moving on to less expensive pastures. This dry cleaner is twice as expensive as the one I was using in Chicago. Not worth it!!!

Someone recommended this place to my mom to have my wedding dress pressed. I took it there and it came back better than I could have hoped, and for a low price. I had a coat from JCrew that was too big so I took it here to be altered and cleaned. It cost me about $ 35 for both and the coat looks brand new… a lot nicer that spending a couple of hundred dollars for a new coat. I take everything here now and they are fast friendly and a great price.
