I have never used their services, but after having spoken to the receptionist on the phone, I’m positive that I’ll never schedule an appointment with them.
Actually, the receptionist wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment with them. I’m deaf and I used a relay service to call them. The receptionist wouldn’t even take the time to put down my name and agree on a time and date with me. She constantly put me on hold, then she told me to have someone else call for me. I am a 24-​year-​old woman. I don’t need to rely on other people to run my personal errands for me. I am not an invalid. Because of that, I asked her if I could email her instead, but she hung up on me.
If that’s any indication on how the doctor practices medicine, I’d steer away from them if I were you.
