While growing up on the East Side of St. Paul, my father worked and sold homes for Cardinal. I grew up in the business and have had my real estate license for 31 years. As President of the Cardinal family of companies and as the Principal Broker for Cardinal, I know that it is important to stay involved in all aspects of the process. I am consistent and have a «hands-on» philosophy. I have the longest track record of expereince here at Cardinal and believe in transfering that awareness to you. I particularly enjoy working with new homebuyers as we match their budget and ideas to create their dream. Cardinal has built over 500 homes in the East Metro area.
