I’ve been to many sports clips and they are all the same which is nice. I hate they dont take Apts though. You show up on lunch break and never know if there is a 30 minute wait.

I needed a hair cut so I drove to where I always go which is the barbershop for men in Woodbury. Walk-ins are welcome there. So I get in no appointment so instead of waiting until 1:40pm when the next appointment was open I would check out sport clips which is not far from my house. So I walk in ask the lady how long for a hair cut she says about 15 mins. k cool. never been there takes my name and info. took a seat, waited then time to go. tells me I get the upgraded version of the mvp treatment so ok lets go. So she starts the hair cut, tells me I have dry scalp and which products to use and how to use them which is great like no other barber or stylist I have been to would tell you that, So she does all that then towards the back sit in a vibrating chair with leg recline, k then give me the tea treatment and hot towel treatment, then back to the chair to dry off. and styles my hair and then starts the neck and shoulder massage. Then when all done get to the counter and the price of the hair cut was 23 dollars I was like wow. I walked out of there relaxed and feeling good. The reason why I gave this place 2 stars was the price of the hair cut, yikes 23 dollars for a hair cut no way I will go to the barbershop in woodbury for a 14 dollar hair cut, I can say I tried sport clips but never come back.

This is where I got my first haircut in the Twin Cities when I started my new job. It was convenient and had to look a little more clean shaven. Anyways, the nice stylist gave me a new customer discount. Overall, it was a pleasant experience… I have been to Sportsclips in Des Moines so it’s nice to get a face wrap and massage at the end.

Love the sports theme, do not like the walk in only policy. Additionally, this location always seems to be woefully understaffed. That said, the MVP haircut experience is a very good value at $ 22.00.

Awesome haircut place with a sports theme. They’ve got a flat screen TV with ESPN in the waiting area, and each haircut station has their own individual color TV for watching sports. WHOOT. Besides just the haircut, you can also get a shampoo, steamed towel, and neck/shoulder massage. I used to hate to go to the other haircut franchises, but I love going to this place, which is for guys.
