We make our award-winning wines gently, using traditionally methods: native yeast fermentations, gravity flow rackings and without filtration, specializing in small lot, single vineyard-designated wines. We make Rhone varieties from Madera County: Viognier, Roussanne, Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands, Cabernet Franc and Malbec from the Central Coast and Tempranillo & Petite Sirah from Clarksburg.
History
Established in 2005.
We named the winery after my grandfather’s Chinese Junk in Hong Kong.
