They never have anything I need and the sales guy was trying to tell me today some shit just to sell little did he know I use to work for apple. Schooled his ass. At least train your people before you put them on the sales floor

I just witnessed the worst Customer Service in my 68 years at this store. I walked in and went to the location where I knew what I wanted was placed. While walking from the door to this location, the girl working there, ask«what do you want?», I said that I was looking for a USB, Wireless Receiver, for my PC. She repeated, «What do you want?», I said the same thing again, but added to help be connect to the internet. She then said«do you know what you are looking for?». At this point, I told her never mind and turned to leave the store, but just before I reached the door I asked her, what is your Manager’s Name, and she told me John.(I don’t think that is his real name anyway). She told me to get out of the store before she called security on me. I have never been treated like this any where in the world, I have always been a loyal Radio Shack customer since they were started by Tandy. No more! I will never buy another item from a radio shack store or online. I can see why Radio Shack is going out of business, with not only awful customer service, but the lack of respect given to senior citizens. Oakhurst is a very small town, and I will do all I can to spread the word about how bad this store is. I called the«security» department at the mall(I own a business next door to the security department) and left a message this morning for the store owner to call me, which he has not. This just goes to show where this young girl gets her customer service training.

My parents bought a wireless mouse, took it home, and tried it in each of their laptop computers. It didn’t work in either of them. When my dad tried to return it, the manager, Al, tried it on the computer in the store, and it worked. My dad said he would take it home and try again. It still didn’t work. My mom called later and talked to the manager again. He lied about the conversation he had with my dad, was very rude to her, and ended up hanging up on her. Terrible customer service! Just because the mouse works in the store on their computer, does NOT mean that it works on theirs.
