John Wessels the owner is an ASE Master technician with over 35 years of European and Japanese automobile experience does all of the repairs. We provide friendly, honest service at competitive prices. We have the specialized equipment for European and Japanese automibiles but more importantly the decades of experience to diagnose and repair your automobile correctly and efficiently.

History

Established in 2011.

Although new to the Oakhurst area John Wessels has owned European automobile repair shops in Merced and Livermore since 1990. With decades of business ownership he knows how to keep costs down and where to source parts at the best prices. Often saving customers hundred’s of dollars on repairs compared to estimates offered by other general repair shops.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

John was born and raised in Chowchilla, CA. He grew up helping his father at his VW repair shop. After graduating from High School he went to Merced Community college and earned an AA degree in automotive technology. He has been working at import specialty shops since 1981. John has rebuilt engines from a simple air cooled VW to a Ferrari twin turbo V8. John’s specialty is with those pesky check engine lights and on board computer diagnostics.
