Business Owner

Mindy is the founder and president of AIM Resource Group Inc. She is a professional leadership and career coach, author, speaker and trusted human resource consultant whose mission is to provide resources, tools and guidance for individuals and organizations. She writes a newspaper column to educate the public about workplace issues and is frequently a featured speaker at leadership conferences.

Mindy is the Director of Public Relations and member of the executive board of the ICF-​LI chapter as well as a member of the board of directors of SNAP (Services Now for Adult Persons). She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-​SCP, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation, Certified Staffing Professional (ASA), and Certified DISC Trainer. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and Queens Chamber of Commerce
