I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. I waited about 5 mins to be attended by a friendly staff person willing to help me with my broken iphone. They waited patiently as I had to deal with sorint customer service. I would definitely choose this location over rego park ANYTIME!!!

I went on a Friday to upgrade my S5 to the S7. I was told that since the phone wasn’t in stock, I would have to pick it up after Tuesday and that I could get $ 65 for my phone. I then went on Thursday morning at 10am to pick up the phone and to restore all my apps before I had to leave to work at 11:20am. Shawn did not show up until 11:05am. I told him I was very dissapointed and he had no idea why. I told him that I had been waiting in front of the store for an hour so he apologized and blamed it on the traffic coming from Long Island. I then told him we had to hurry up because I had to leave for work in 15 minutes. He transferred my number in that time and after he was done, he told me that he can give me $ 50 for my phone and apologized, again, for the inconvenience. I left to go to work and didn’t get the chance to restore my contacts and apps until I took my break at 6pm. Needless to say, I am no longer purchasing from this store, nor recommending it to anyone else.

Id like to mention, I had a really bad experience here a few months back Due to a Bad Employee. I was afraid that this person was the store owner but Tonight, I spoke to the Real Store Manager and made me feel happy at that Sprint store once again.
Shawn is such a real great guy that wants to take care of his customers and wants to find the right way to take care of each family. I really recommend this Sprint and discuss what you need and do it! We have to help people that care for people and he does the right thing for you!!!
