The business specializes in North Carolina BBQ. Its a Vinegar Base BBQ. We also have Beef Brisket, that is also chopped like the Pork, and also Chicken. We smoke all our meats in a smoker. The Pork is 14hrs, Beef 13hrs Chicken 4hrs, Ribs 4hrs.

Established in 1991.
The owner comes from Lumberton N.C. He wanted to open a good BBQ that he is use to in the Eastern N.C.He retired back in 1990. He is very passionate about BBQ. So he decided to open the Dixie Pig BBQ.
