History

Established in 2003.

From its inception over ten years ago, 911 PC Help has always aimed to deliver speedy and reliable service by following two simple rules:

1. Always deliver what has been promised reliably and professionally and

2. treat the customer the same way we’d like to be treated.

Keeping those in mind has allowed us to earn the trust of many small business and individuals who chose to keep 911 PC Help as their IT company for years to come.

Today, our team has grown to three full time IT professionals working together with three high-​end consultants from multiple industries including Microsoft, Cisco, and Linux/​Unix. Working with such a highly educated and experienced team, we’ve learned how to accomplish any task, from a simple virus removal to building adequately secured networks.

Business Owner

Vladimir Galant first sparked the idea for 911 PC Help when a start-​up company he had managed IT services for was downsized. After spending years learning and understanding the intricacies of computer repair, Vlad realized IT had become his passion. He became inspired to create his own company that would bring to its customers the reliability and trust that they needed.
