A Step Ahead Kitchen & Bath Design

This company deserves zero star! Since I need a star to do my review I was forced to select 1
Terrible Company! Great products! Alisa helped me to select products and was not
the sharpest tool in the tool shed if you know what I mean! They failed to even get up to help when I came in to select products! Alisa,(not her real name, but has the same sound as), was adamant in trying to tell me that I could not afford this or that!
I mean Really? I mean she does not know how deep my wallet goes, as she knows nothing about me! She was extremely bossy as well,(I never knew I had a lost asian mother!) I came back later that day to show her my husband the products I choose, and neither one,(although the store was empty), bothered to get up to help us in selecting the products! The only good thing is I now know the materials colors and kind of design I want for my kitchen, thanks to their large selection of products! But, I would’nt buy anything there as they are very rude and unprofessional! Plus, there are far too many warehouse kitchen, and bath’s operations in Oakland too ever give
these crappy ass people one penny!

We’re redoing our bathroom, so we stopped in here to look for ideas and a supplier.
Their «model» bath set-​ups are geared toward a clientele other than us, as only one of the dozen or so designs appealed to us. The service was a little abrupt, but adequate. No deals to be found.
