I give them one star because they showed up! Percy quoted us $ 350 to repair a broken plastic PVC water pipe. We had already dug up the area for easy accessibility. The next day my husband and neighbor fixed it in less than 5 minutes after buying a part at Ace for under $ 5.00. This guy is a true rip off!
