Established in 2012.

Alecto Law is dedicated to providing zealous, quality legal services to those individuals or communities in need of legal help. With a strong nose for and hatred of injustice, especially when perpetrated by corporations, I am passionate about solving my clients’ legal problems. Rather than viewing your legal battle as a 9 – 5 job, your fight becomes my own and I would not want it any other way.

In this way I hope to do some good in my corner of the world by helping those in need and, hopefully, combat the tendency to elevate profit over people.

During or following your initial free consultation, I will outline the steps necessary to achieving your goals. From that point forward, you will be kept fully informed about the status of your case, the progress that has been made and the challenges that remain.

Business Owner

Aaron Dawson is a solo-​practitioner in Oakland, California. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara Law and Bachelor’s in Political Science from Lewis and Clark in Portland, Oregon. He is a licensed attorney in both California and Oregon and has experience in a variety of legal fields including: insurance bad-​faith, employment (wage and hour), landlord-​tenant, breach of contract, personal injury, and more.

Aaron’s practice aims to use the law as a tool to hold companies and people accountable for the harm they cause to individuals, communities, and the environment. With a firm belief in the principle that, at least in the legal context, right makes might, Aaron strives to be a zealous advocate for all those who have been wronged or legitimately feel that the truth is on their side.
