I specialize in Esalen massage, deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy. I also preactice hot stone, Reiki, and chair massage. Each session is tailored to the needs of my client– I have worked with people in need of a relaxation massage, pre– and post marathon, in addition to addressing various conditions including: carpal tunnel, scoliosis, migraines, pregnancy aches and pains, lymphedema, brain injury, rotator cuff injury, and emotional overwhelm. I enjoy exploring the connection between the mind and the body and consider it an honor to work with my clients.

Amanda received her training in massage and craniosacral therapies at the McKinnon Institution in Oakland, CA. She has been certified by the state of California to practice massage as a «Certified Massage Therapist» and enjoys taking continuing education classes to enrich her practice. Amanda has volunteered with Touch Health, an organization providing infant and toddler massage therapy instruction to teen mothers in Oakland, CA, as well as massage for the teen mothers. She has worked in a variety of settings providing craniosacral therapy and massage, including corporate offices, chiropractic offices, clinics for the underserved, dental offices, parties, and her own private practice. Amanda enjoys exploring the connections between the mind and the body and finds her work with her clients deeply rewarding.
