Where do I start? Ayata is simply the best. Her customer service is impeccable and she does her job with great detail. Buying a new home can be stressful and long process but when you work with Ayata, she makes it as easy as possible. She asks the right questions in order to be efficient and expedite the loan process. She would frequently respond to my emails within minutes of me sending one, even on weekends. She was out of town on a vacation and still responded to my questions and even looked into a couple inquiries I had along the way while she was spending time with family. I had the pleasure of working with Ayata when I purchased my home. Her name was given to me by a friend who’d used her in the past; both to purchase and then re-​finance their home. Since I’m not much of a computer person, I was immediately relieved to find how accessible and easy she made the whole application process (I’d talked to another lender, but was overwhelmed by all of the paper-​work, which is why I turned to my friend for a recommendation). The other big factor for me was her patience. In the midst of all of this, I discovered that my bank had made an error on my credit report; in one quarter my credit rating went from excellent to fair (huge impact on the interest rate). There were many days where she was talking me down from the ledge due to my sheer frustration with the bank by re-​assuring me that my loan would go through — maybe not at the interest rate that I was expecting initially, but it would go through. Thankfully, we were able to sort out the mess with the bank, my loan got approved at an excellent rate, and we were able to close on the house of our dreams. I highly recommend her!
