Just called on a Saturday to make a reservation for a Friday. Reached someone to request a quote. I asked for a quote from airport to home and told him where. Without fully understanding the date and time he said «I think we are booked then» and that was the end of the call… not very impressed.

I read the great reviews and wanted to give Bay Transit Shuttle a try. They are also very local, only a few blocks from my home, so I figured I can support a local business and it’s an easy trip to OAK airport for both the driver and myself. No reviews in the last year should have been a red-​flag.
Called at 7:20am and left a message. Called at 8:20am and left a message. No call backs. Holding out a bit longer to give them a shot to respond, then I’ll call someone else. UPDATE: called at 9:05, still no answer. Going elsewhere for my shuttle.

I needed a ride to Oakland Airport from Montclair Village on Thanksgiving morning at 4am. Bay Transit Shuttle & Limo took my booking a few days before, confirmed the day before, then called me on the day to say they were on the way. The shuttle was clean, the driver was friendly and professional, the ride was smooth. I was the only person in the shuttle, plus it was early, plus it was Thanksgiving, so it was a bit more expensive. But it was well worth it to have one less thing to worry about when travelling. Excellent.

$ 38 from OAK to Piedmont Ave. in Oakland. The shuttle arrived 30 sec. after I got to the pickup location. Everything was smooth. It is not much cheaper than a cab ride but during commute hours, it’s good to know that you’ll be charged a flat rate no matter how bad the traffic is. Accepts cash and credit card.

Bill is great. Very professional. He came on time in a nice clean van last week and even was waiting for us (at midnight) last night at SFO when we got back. I will use him every time now!!! He was also very sweet to my toddlers and dealing with the car seats etc. I highly recommend him.

A terrific shuttle service that beats taking a metered taxi. Bill is great and gave me a reasonable flat rate from Oakland Int’l to the SOMA/​Yerba Buena area. I rode in an impeccably clean mini-​van and got home from my late-​night flight safely and without a hitch. Bill provides service to and from SFO and SJC as well.
