Welcome. Together with my clients, I practice mindful, creative, somatic therapy. This richness translates differently from person to person, but the common thread is always a deep and heartfelt opening.
From a certain point of view, we live in a strong self reliant culture. While this serves our independence, it often makes us feel as though we have been made to carry hardships and challenges alone. This simply goes against the human spirit and it does not need to be this way. My goal for you is to explore aspects of your life that feel fragmented or might be lacking in clarity.
In each of us, there is unquestionably always an intelligent, loving, and vivacious spirit. Healing is about contacting your true depth and unique aliveness. From here, we meet your life in way that is inclusive, whole, and inter-connected.
I look forward to meeting you. Feel free to contact me for more information or to schedule an introductory session.
