My passion is working with people who have an interest in deeply knowing and healing themselves. I love working with athletes because they tend to have an intimate relationship with their physical body. I love working with meditators and artists because they have an intimate relationship with the creative world.
How I work with each individual is different yet the tenants of my work are the same: to be gentle, to not push you or your body, to deeply listen, to encourage rest, and to speak truthfully.
I have been an athlete since the age of 6 when I started playing and training for both swimming and tennis. Over the past decade and a half I have focused on yoga and rock climbing. I understand the requirements for pushing the body’s limits and the maintenance athletes need.
My Neuromuscular work is focused on your whole being health; being an experienced life-long athlete I understand and value your need for deep precise muscular work.
Craniosacral work is gentle work during which I pay attention to, and help regulate, the deeper anatomical systems in your body. My focus is on your whole being: physical, nervous, emotional and even spiritual. I consider this work to be essential for newborns and infants and very good for clients who deeply appreciate deep but gentle work.
History
Established in 2011.
Throughout my life I have been focusing on the integration of somatic healing with the scientific knowledge of the Universe.
On the somatic side I have studied and taught tennis, rock climbing, and yoga while on the scientific side I have studied and taught physics and astrophysics.
The anatomical systems that Craniosacral work acknowledges are for me the best intersections of the scientific and somatic worlds.
Meet the Business Owner
Bruno F.
Business Owner
Bruno has always had a passion for understanding the Earth and humans. His curiosity led him to study astrophysics, bodywork, meditation and athletics; it is my pleasure to weave these varied areas into an embodied life and healing practice that meld Western science with Eastern views of the body and consciousness. In his practice he offers sessions in Craniosacral work and Neuromuscular Therapy (often integrating the two). His touch is best described as grounded, deep, specific and intuitive, with the intention of listening to your body and support its healing.
Bruno completed his 650-hour training with the Florida School of Massage and is nationally (NCBTMB) certified. Further studies include body-centered psychotherapy («Healing Trauma and Character Strategies») and Visionary Craniosacral Work (certified).
Bruno is passionate about rock climbing, Vipassana meditation and yoga. He holds a PhD in Astrophysics from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
