These guys rock. Period. Gabriel Caffrey has helped my startup navigate the complexities of health/​dental/​vision insurance options. He is technically sound, and at the same time, is able to describe my insurance options in layman’s terms. Additionally, he is timely in taking or responding to my calls/​requests.
I actually switched from Zenefits to Caffrey, as Zenefits did not have the technical expertise that I was looking for. Their «one size fits all» model, did not work for me. I’m a procrastinator. This can be fatal in regards to one’s own health. I’m a relatively active middle age African-​American male who has never had major health issues (age has a way of catching up with us). I had health insurance a few years ago and let it lapse. Recently I found myself admitted (for four days) to a hospital after a visit to its emergency room (lying in a hospital bed without health insurance and my bill was rapidly increasing). I was familiar at that time with Lynn Caffrey of Caffrey Insurance Solutions. I knew of her professional reputation and expertise (was planning earlier to utilize her services). When I was discharged I was very aware that I had a large debt to pay off. I had mistimed my first-​ever personal health crisis (If I’d only known). I decided to get in touch with Lynn ASAP knowing that I may have future medical procedures after my hospital discharge (during my hospital stay five different doctors had recommended visits to specialists and medical procedures). I called her and informed her of my predicament. She paused and asked me if I could get to her downtown oakland office immediately knowing that I had a catheter draining my body. I went directly to her office and she was waiting to get started (She definitely had a strategy for my situation). She obtained my personal information and we decided upon an appropriate health plan. Within forty-​five minutes we had completed the application and Lynn zipped it off to the insurer. I thanked Lynn and headed home and felt more secure in my future life decisions. Please understand these next few sentences. There could of been an element of luck involved in my case and I was accepted in the health insurance plan within 2 – 3 business days and notified by Lynn via email (Lynn seemed somewhat surprised at the expediency of my insurer’s response). Suffice it to say Lynn saved me a substantial amount of money and provided health care coverage for me (by the way I struggle with personal self-​care if that’s not obvious to you readers). I do feel with Lynn’s knowledge of her field and capability of implementing and navigating health policies I was at an advantage. I highly recommend Lynn and take care of yourselves.

Was offered new medicare «advantage plans» with seminars from the sales people. A quick email to Lynn and a same-​day response clearly laid out the issues, saving me tons of time and stress. The fifth star says «It doesn’t get any better than this!»

Lynn helped me find the coverage I needed at a rate I could afford. I recently left my full time job with benefits to start my own business doing what I love and Lynn was more than accommodating in answering all of my questions to ensure I got the best health insurance possible. I know very little about the health insurance world and Lynn was incredibly patient and helpful in getting me the coverage I need. I would highly recommend calling her if you are looking to get your personal self, family, or employees insured.

The medical insurance sector is complicated to navigate at the best of times and with the whole ACA thing, which is an awesome thing in itself but which did not make anything any easier, it became almost impossible for me. Really cool little biz.
I’m trying to find the time to deal with this health insurance crap and never seem to find it. Every time I tried to fill out those online and offline forms I got overwhelmed.
I called Gabriel and he said I can drop by the office sometimes and he can help me out with that. I took him on his offer and since he wasn’t there I was working with Lynn. It took about 15 minutes and I was good to go. Lynn is sweet, informative and a pleasure to work with. This is a nice family runed business that I will surly work again with!
