I dropped my iPhone5 during a hiking trip and the screen was found broken. I went to the local Apple store and they suggested me to buy a replacement phone. So I decided to bring it to Conrad, just wanted to try my luck. Surprisingly I got a call from him after two hours and was told that my phone was ready to pick up. It looks like a new phone! Thanks for saving me a bunch!

I am an associate broker of a real estate firm in East Bay.
Recently, we opened our San Ramon office. Conrad’s Computer Services provided us services of IT equipment (server, desktops, printers, network devices and software) procurement, installation and training. They have designed and implemented an excellent solution based on our small but high demanding business needs. Real estate business has high standards on confidentiality of client information and also has high standards for digital data storage and backups. They did a very good job.
I highly recommend them to other small businesses like us.

I live near Conrad’s, and I had been passing by it for years. My Dell Desktop was very slow, and as I was driving to Best Buy, I decided to give Conrad’s a shot. I am glad I did. Conrad was very responsive and instilled confidence in me that he knew what he was talking about. His turnaround time was 2 business days, which is much better than Best Buy. His rates were very reasonable ($ 65/​hr). Most importantly, he was very responsive on the phone, as he reviewed the computer issues with me. I felt well taken care of. Support local business, and give Conrad a shot!

My boyfriend was in need of computer service fast for his fijitsu. We were going to take it to Best buy and decided to take it to Conrads. He’s been around for awhile but never thought of taking it to a neighborhood computer service store… guest what? we did… and recieved it the very next day and wow! he is pretty darn good. I don’t know charging 75.00 was expensive or not… all I know is the service was great! I would recommend Conrads for your computer needs… its better than Best Buy its right there around the corner.
