David is a great realtor to work with. He was very patient with us when we were trying to figure out the perfect timing for selling our house and finding a place to move into. He is very professional and helpful in answering any questions we had. He has a very upfront approach in selling a house; being open and transparent about any issues and pricing the property competitively. Even though he is not a realtor in the San Jose area, he still did a wonderful job putting together our brochure and neighborhood description. He also did an awesome job in keeping us in the loop with any bids we received and during the closing process. He made sure we were informed of any transactions. I recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property. I will definitely work with him again when I decide to purchase another property in the near future.

David is simply as good as it gets. He was amazing throughout the whole home-​buying process and helped me get the perfect home at the right price. In this hot market, it was especially remarkable to find an agent like David who is no-​pressure, super knowledgeable, and a true client advocate. I can’t say enough good things about David. As we approached buying our first home on a (very) limited budget, David was extremely helpful. He walked us through the whole process and never made us feel that any of our questions were too pedantic. He treated us like we were buying in the hills even as we traipsed through East Oakland.

David helped us find and purchase our home in Oakland. As an Oakland native, he had a ton of knowledge about all the various neighborhoods and gave us a lot of great options to look at. As you might know, the Oakland market has been really competitive so finding a place was really difficult, especially considering that our new home had to be within our financial limitations and had to have all the amenities that we were looking for (e.g. safe neighborhood, close to stores and schools). In the end, David was able to find us an adorable little house in a great neighborhood that we had initially overlooked. Best of all, it was within our budget! In fact, I’m typing this while sitting in my comfy new home right now.
I can’t recommend David enough if you’re looking for a home. He’s a great agent with lots of knowledge and a great sense of humor and humility. He’ll worked hard for us and definitely found us the best bang for our buck.

David not only guided us through our first home purchase, he was there for us during the whole process of viewing multiple listings and ultimately closing a deal for us on a house we absolutely loved. My wife and I had an extremely enjoyable experience with David. No matter what the inquiry or question we had, David would always promptly and politely answer us even in the late hours of the evening. The ins and outs of buying a home can be undeniably arduous and stressful but David made the whole process that much easier for us. What really stood out was how David saved us money during the purchase, he never pressured us into puting in an unreasonable offer, he only wanted what we were comfortable with and what the house was really worth. David is an excellent agent. He is very knowledgeable about the Oakland area, and the city requirements on real estate transactions. He is also ver dedicated to represent me in all transactions to buy a duplex in a very short time. He took extra miles to help me deal with the sewer lateral process and transfer of ownership at the Housing Authority. He is The best agent I have got in the last 5 house transactions.
