Incredible family photos and great folks to work with. Chris & Christian were really engaging with my high-​energy four year old– brought out the best in him and got amazing shots that we could never have got at home, even with our fancy camera :). Five stars all the way.

I am lover of photography, and with that said, I love the art that Chris and Christian capture. My now wife, and I began planning our wedding in late 2012 with hopes of a late summer wedding. With confirmed dates in hand, we knew exactly who we wanted to shoot our wedding.
Christian and Chris @ E&B Photography were no strangers to us. Years before they had captured our friends Kelly and Spencer’s wedding, then they shot my sisters wedding, and once we saw the photographs we knew we had to book them right away!

I was trying to plan a wedding in 6 months and working with Chris and Christian from E&B Photography was such an easy and seamless process. We met up with Chris and Christian before the wedding and they took time to understand our wedding needs as well as our personal styles. They captured lots of beautiful, candid moments at our July wedding. Chris and Christian were accommodating and shot photos in four locations on the wedding day (first look at the house, wedding party photos at a local lake, the wedding venue, and sunset photos at a nearby neighborhood). I definitely recommend E&B Photography for any of your photography needs (engagement, wedding, family, etc).

Chris and Christian photographed our wedding in June. They were wonderful to work with. We didn’t have a wedding planner and had a rather large wedding with lots of family members. So it turned out to be somewhat stressful planning and a ton of work corresponding with all of the vendors– some of which were difficult to reach regarding all the various questions that arise throughout the process. E&b was not one of those difficult vendors. They made everything very easy and straight forward, and were prompt with correspondence. Most importantly, they manage people with grace and professionalism (even under time constraints), take beautiful pictures, and are fun to work with. They did our engagement session and went above and beyond to photograph us in the somewhat unconventional places that we requested, the places that are most meaningful to us as a couple. Our venues were tricky and presented obstacles for any photographer, but they appreciated the meaning these places had to us, and they seemed happy to take on the challenge. We were very pleased with their services and would gladly recommend them to anyone out there getting married!

Chris and Christian created corporate portraits for our business, and we would definitely call on them again in the future. They worked with our busy schedule to find a shooting time on-​location that worked for us and for natural lighting. They arrived on time, finished on time, and delivered us an excellent set of digital images at a very reasonable price. They are down-​to-​earth, fun to work with, and very professional. They were creative in finding ways to work with our space to get a range of different shots and backgrounds so we had several to choose from and use for different purposes.

Chris and Christian photographed by wedding in the Bay Area in June and I was blown away. I felt very comfortable with them and so did my husband. They were always professional and friendly. They were really there looking out for our best interest and went above and beyond what I expected. We have gotten tons of compliments on their photos and I am so happy that we booked them.

E&B = Exceptional & Brilliant! Chris and Christian photographed our July wedding in Sebastopol, CA, and did an outstanding job. They are truly two of the most genuine, kind, patient, talented and down-​to-​earth dudes we’ve ever met. We are so glad we found them and that they were able to document our special day! We received our photos in an online viewing gallery yesterday, and HOLY MOLY they are beautiful. They photographed so many things that we didn’t get to see the day of the wedding because it all just went by so fast! All the detail images of the venue, rings, flowers, table settings, etc. are incredible. These guys are true artists with a great eye for catching really unique and beautiful shots… I would have to say that some of my favorite photos are the candids. :) Every photo they snapped captured the emotion of that exact moment, which is really something special. On the day of the wedding, they were on time, professional and so pleasant and patient when trying to corral our gazillion family members for portraits. We’ve had so much fun working with them and know exactly who we’ll call to photograph other special moments in our future. I can’t say enough good things about E&B Photography. Hire them… you will not be disappointed.

After scouring useless wedding websites and countless forums, we amazingly found these guys on Craigslist. From the first email, it was clear they were responsible, professional, and courteous, and it was icing on the cake to learn at our initial meeting how friendly, calm, and down-​to-​earth they were. Even my photo-​shy now-​husband felt immediately comfortable with them, which is no small feat. And of course, their beautiful photos speak for themselves! I even sent the websites of 3 companies we were considering to a photog friend back east to get her opinion — e&b’s photos garnered raving accolades (the other poor folks didn’t fare so well…).
Chris and Christian shot amazing engagement photos with us around SF and had no problem working with our beloved dog to get some fantastic shots of our whole «family». They really look like something out of a magazine. They also did a fabulous job with our wedding, from posed portraits to dancing candids and all the little details in between. They even set up a «photo booth» area after dinner — a detail I’d all but forgotten in the months between our initial meeting and the main event — for no extra charge. Edited proofs were online in less than 6 weeks, and a DVD with all original images chronicling the whole day was in the mail not long afterward. If I had one small complaint, it would be that they didn’t offer a ton of creativity/​spunk in the poses or group shots they suggested, but I’m sure if you speak up and ask for something specific, they’d be happy to accommodate.
In short, e&b offers an amazing product and responsive, friendly service for unbeatable prices. Far inferior photographers charge twice what these guys do! Stop looking now and call/​email them ASAP.

Chris and Christian photographed our wedding at the Botanical Garden at UC Berkeley last September. They are AMAZING photographers and just all around great guys. They were extremely professional and patient; and they went above and beyond their roles as simple wedding photographers – they truly helped ease my pre-​wedding jitters with their calm and confident demeanors (quite a skill). Moreover, we were on a tight budget and found that they were super reasonable. We feel so lucky to have found them – we couldn’t have dreamed up anyone better. Highly recommended!

I’ll keep this short and sweet. We’re a family of five — mom, dad, bouncy three-​year-​old, wriggly newborn, and big skittish dog — and Chris and Christian shot great portraits of us in a fun and effortless fashion. We received the prints we ordered and the CD with the digital files very quickly, well in time for holiday gift giving. What more needs to be said?

I bought my hubby a Father’s Day gift certificate with e & b for a family portrait session. Scheduling was smooth, and Chris & Christian were totally affable in person, putting us at ease from the get-​go. They came prepared, and were total pros at engaging and focusing our 20-​month old daughter to capture some lovely shots. We were a little unsure of the whole «family portrait» thing, and they managed to make it all feel & look very natural (and not posed). The images are beautiful. As a fellow small business owner, I like to support people who are doing their thing with integrity & enthusiasm — these guys obviously enjoy what they do, and handle themselves with great professionalism. I hope to be a repeat customer!

I hired Chris and Christian to photograph the back yard bridal shower that I threw my sister last month… and I am so happy I did! Not only did the resulting pictures beautifully and accurately capture the joy and whimsy of the day, but having Chris and Christian as a part of our festivities turned out to be a fun and positive experience for our guests and really helped put me (the frantic hostess) at ease.
They took initiative, were great with the kids in attendance and really just felt like part of the party as they moved comfortably about our all-​girl affair, snapping details, candids and portraits. And the photos – oh the photos! They turned out STUNNING! (In addition to being a lot of fun to have around, they are an undeniably talented duo who will definitely be going places with their craft). I honestly can’t recommend them enough, and am looking forward to having the opportunity to work with them again.

We recently used E&B for our wedding in September, and we could nto be more pleased with our choice. They were hands down the easiest people to work with, and we feel 100% that we choose the right photographers for us.

i was at byington vineyard working on flowers with a friend and met chris & christian.
they were both very professional and were very down to earth. they would do anything needed to get that perfect shot. after the ceremony, one of them even climbed onto a electrical unit (about 7 – 8 ft high) to take a whole group shot. luckily the group was around 50 guests but still to get everyone in the shot and their effort was well applauded for.
after speaking with chris & christian, i was able to hear from their tone they are completely intoxicated with passion towards photography. i have not seen their pictures yet (the wedding was only yesterday) but from their angles i can only imagine the best. keep up the great work guys!!!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Chris and Christian. We have hired them a few times now to photograph our growing son, and we just treasure each photograph they take. The images they capture are so amazing. They are great with children, which is so important — resulting in great images.
They charge affordable rates and make everything very easy and fun. I really love their work and look forward to working with them a lot in the future.

I heard about these guys through a friend (I saw pictures of her family on facebook and loved them) and used them to take pictures of my 2 month old baby for our holiday card. I was worried that the little guy would be a uneasy with these new faces and cameras clicking, but they made him feel very comfortable. They are great with kids and our baby didn’t cry at all. They picked natural settings in our home with good lighting and the pictures turned out great. We loved the combination of black/​whites, color and the angles. We highly recommend them and would use them again! Oh, and their prices are affordable.

I was fortunate enough to use E & B Photography for my Senior Prom portraits. E & B Photography provided friendly service to my entire Senior and Junior Class, while many photographers who do Senior Proms impose time limits and pose restrictions on the students, E & B Photography did no such thing. They stayed respectively to the side and let us take our portraits at our leisure, and on top of that they were extremely friendly and outgoing, which resulted in better portraits for everyone at the event. After the Prom E & B Photography provided our class with an easy to use password protected website where we could order prints and view pictures. This was an especially unusual and nice touch to the Senior Portrait experience. I received beautiful prints in a timely manner, and would recommend E & B Photography in an instant!

These guys did our family holiday photos last year and will be doing them for years to come if I have any say in the matter. No weird studio backdrops, head resting on pillow shots but great outdoor photos of the kids at the park in their own element. Not to mention that both photographers also work at Rockridge Kids so they are familiar with kids needs and personalities and my daughters both felt totally comfortable/​familiar with them given the many hours we have logged at that store for the past few years. Finally, the price was right. Always a plus!
