Scammers. On top of that Rosa incredibly unprofessional. Horrid people. DONT DO IT. Find a lawyer who doesn’t try to impress you with pictures of them sitting in over sized chairs like it means something. Im telling you MOVE ON. EVIL EVIL Institution run by EVIL so called humans.

AWFUL! I called Earl Carter & Associates in the beginning of March because something came up and we needed representation. Great sales guy on the phone — I was convinced that they could help, and would offer us decent representation for a great price. We were told that they’d meet us 15 minutes before the first court appearance — NO SHOW. We called the office and were told court begins at 9am… uh — it was 9:05am. I call again and am assured the attorney is en route and would be there any moment, and what were we doing there anyways, since we weren’t required to appear at court?! Appearance came and went — and we are sitting outside the courtroom, still waiting for the attorney — 9:45am — still no show. I call back at 9:45am and fire them. They did nothing for us anyways, and didn’t even make it to court.
THEN I get the runaround — an «attorney» calls me back and wants to discuss the case now. Sorry I told him no, we will not use their services at all and want a refund. It’s been a month now, and we have yet to receive our refund, after numerous calls and being told that it’s being processed and we’d receive our refund within 2 – 3 weeks. (What? It only took 2 hours to run my credit card??)

Some may have their opinions about this law firm, however, I never had any problems. The whole staff returned my call promptly whenever I had questions regarding my case and Bonnie was such a doll. She laid everything out and gave me different outcomes for each situation. Its unfortunate that my alcohol level was too high, therefore she did the best she could based on the evidence. But she did gave me a lot of insight on the situation and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She doesn’t give you a load of crap and tells you like it is. I’ve completed everything I needed to do and I tell you folks — drinking and driving is not worth it!!! lesson learned.

The «$ 500» coupon they send you in the mail is fake and doesn’t work. They send it only to get your attention. That’s a shame and false advertisement!

I had a situation in Cotati, CA where I felt I was targeted by the police. I felt like they violated my rights so I gave the cops nothing and in return they gave me a bogus charge. This case took nearly a year to resolve but in the end I came out the victor with the help of a lawyer from this company. The whole way through the process my attorney did agree with me on the complete lack of evidence to even bring the charge on me. Each time the DA gave me a bad offer she was right there to let me know and was the one to really push me to take it to trial. It was after the first day of the picking of the jury for my trial that the DA backed out and dismiss the case on lack of evidence. I highly recommend and could not be happier with the outcome.

Outstanding! I found myself in a pickle with Uncle Sam and had no idea what to do next. I was recommended to call and as soon as I did, Sergio, and the entire team, made me feel so comfortable, and that we, together, were in control. Rosa was so prompt at calling back and answering my 1000 questions, and got me in quickly to see Bonnie. After our consult I was so relieved and excited to see a fire in her eyes to get my case resolved fast and on my terms. Bonnie was so genuine, and it felt like I was talking to a friend more than anything. Now, even after my case was resolved, Bonnie has kept in touch with me making sure everything is still on track. I would absolutely recommend this firm, hands down 5 stars.

My boyfriend got incarcerated on March 31st 2014. He had five felony charges against him: Evading police: disregard safety, Evading police: causing sbi/​death, hit and run: causing serious injury or death, hit and run: property damage and attempt 496pc: stolen property. We received a letter in the mail shortly after from earl carter and associates. I called and they offered a payment plan for us and were really helpful. Ms. Jessica Walsh handled the case for us and was there on time for his first court date on April 16th where they set a date for the preliminary hearing. In between then and the next court date Ms. Walsh did everything she could to get all the information she could including visiting him in county jail. One month later on May 16th was the preliminary hearing. All my boyfriend got charged with was evading police, had to pay 800 for damage of the car, and sentenced to 365 days in county jail which he doesn’t have to do because hes going to do the remainder of his time in rehab. That was a really great deal she worked out because they were aiming for 7 to 9 years in prison. I can’t thank her enough for what she did. Shes extremely nice and our money was well worth spent for a good price. Thank you Ms. Walsh you were great :)
