Showed up late past the appt. window. No tools just played with his iPhone. Showed him the furnace location and 10 minutes later he came and told me he didn’t know how to repair it. Never even bothered to get a screwdriver out to open the wall panel to see the furnace! Sorry he doesn’t care about his work but waiting around my house all day and not getting the needed work done was a waste of my time. No help at all!

I had an independent HVAC inspection completed prior to calling First American Home Buyer Protection Service «Home Warranty». They scheduled Eco Systems to look at my air and HVAC system. My how different the prognosis is when sent by an insurance company. When I asked the tech why it was radically different from the independent inspection he said maybe my vents are too long! What has anyone seen the size of a condominium in the Bay Area something tells me my ventilation pipes aren’t too long. How about this for a best guess «I am not going to find anything wrong with your system because the insurance company will screw with us on the payment, or maybe they get paid more to find nothing wrong «? I bet if I called them independently there would be a load of work that needs done

I just moved into a new home and had a horrible home inspector because my fireplace was not working and my heater was not working either. I called Eco Systems to come out and fix my heater and they came out the same day I called! Not only did the guy fix my furnace but he showed me how the furnace functions so i can easily identify a problem next time. I highly recommend this company ad am grateful for their quick amazing service!
