Eden is absolutely amazing! She is exceptionally knowledgeable about Ayurveda and its practices and has a deep passion for it. She has a great presence and will treat you with love and kindness in her office recommending the best medicines for you specifically for your body and mind. Definitely will be having another consultation with her soon!

This is my first experience with Ayruveda, and I have to say I am thrilled. Eden is incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable. She has a beautiful way of explaining nutrition and herbs that have been eye opening and brought ease to the healing process.

I’ve been to maybe a dozen different Ayurvedic doctors — western doctors with ayurveda training, western individuals who studied ayurveda and Indian vaidya (doctors) who were born into a family of vaidya and have studied Ayurveda their whole lives (even one who is considered saintly in some circles — Triguna-​ji)
Eden is the best Ayurvedic consultant I’ve ever worked with. Her lineage of teachers is very focused on keeping with the formulas as they are written in the ancient Vedic Ayurveda texts. She is the real deal — she was born to do this work. Read the other reviews — I second what everyone says about her personality and knowledgeability.
I’m only two days into the program she established for me and I can already feel progress on a really deep level. I will come back and post updates — I’m doing a year of work with her including home care and panchakarma treatments.

One of the most important things about choosing a healthcare practitioner is the ability to develop TRUST. My health and well-​being are extremely important to me and I look for someone who I can fully connect with that can help lead me to a potential that I never saw possible. Eden has definitely done that for me.
Before we got started, Eden stressed the importance of being willing to commit to her program. In my opinion, Ayurveda seems to oppose and have a different viewpoint than many of the traditional western philosophies and practices that I know… So, I knew from the start it was going to be hard to let go of many of the things that I thought I knew… However, once I made the commitment to proceed with her program, Full-​Out, I have seen an extreme benefit in many areas of my life. I have more energy, I feel more in balance, and I’m able to go throughout my day at the top of my game,

I began seeing Eden for recurring Migraine and chronic digestive issues back in December/​January, 2012. I agree she is easy to talk to, and has a comfortable presence. She is also thorough (!) and thankfully, helps me see what’s going on from a different, bigger perspective. I’m so grateful to finally learn more about Ayurveda. I have tried many modalities-​east and west, but from the beginning Ayurveda with Eden felt different, right. We worked together for a few months, before I left town. I have been going to Eden as my healthcare provider for three months now and have seen a steady improvement in my digestive problems. My impression is that she is very dedicated to her craft and has gone way beyond most local providers in her Ayuvedic education.
Her space is a warm and welcoming place that you don’t want to leave, and so is her personality. This lady also has an amazing touch and offers exceptional yummy medicinal massages.

Love! Went to Eden’s office for the first time today and got all of my questions answered and more! Went a little over the hour and a half time for an initial consultation but wasn’t rushed at all. Really took her time and listened to everything i had to say. Eden is incredibly easy to talk to and clear. Felt like old friends, as someone else on here has mentioned. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has the cutest bulldog I’ve ever seen. :3 Her office/​space is very clean and welcoming, though there are stairs so its a bummer if you’re impaired at all. Also lots of parking nearby unless its midday on Saturdays, there is a huge farmer’s market close by and it’s crowded. (I was just lucky today I suppose and got a close spot)
Anyway, I had a lot of fun and learned a lot of forehead slapping information today. I had a few things completely backwards and I’m relieved to be guided now down the right path. I feel very confident in her recommendations and herbs. In some ways she knew more about me than I did! Never been so excited for a follow up appointment for anything until now. ha!

I first came to Eden Ayurveda for this recurring digestive problem I’ve had since as far back as I can remember. Very tear-​my-​hair-​out-​frustrating. It’s gotten better over the years with better nutrition, exercise, acupuncture, supplements but nothing ever completely cures it. Since I’ve tried everything else, hey why not Ayurvedic medicine?
Well first of all, I liked her right off the bat. She’s very warm, approachable, funny and kind of sarcastic, call you out on your BS kind of way. She set down a cup of tea and we just started chatting like two old friends. Not only did she give me some special ghee and several other herbs which worked immediately, she also gave me some very obvious nutritional/​cooking recommendations (and I consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable in health and nutrition). Things that were instantly, well of course!, but for some unknown reason it had never dawned on me and after a few months now of eating the new way she’s recommended, I’ve never gone back. I really like that she’s very thorough with her approach, doesn’t just give you stuff to eat/​drink, but also educates you on basic lifestyle changes, something that seems so easy but honestly I bet most of you wouldn’t even think of it. I pretty much can eat things now that never would have sat right with me two, five years ago, like bread and occasional desserts and not wake up the next morning feeling crummy. The freedom from stressing about it alone is a huge relief! Anyway, now I go to her for other things whenever I need some herbs for a cold and water retention issues. My skin seriously looks fantastic now, that ghee works wonders. I’m going to ask her about hair thickening treatments next time!

I saw Eden when I was experiencing a number of skin and immunity symptoms that seemed related, but my tradtional doctor couldn’t explain them, could only prescribe medications for symptoms. Eden immediately understood the relationship between my symptoms and was able to give me practical, easy-​to-​implement guidelines for lifestyle and dietary changes. And they help! I will definitely see Eden again.

Several months ago, I was struck with a cold that just wouldn’t go away. I went to see Eden and she made me a special tea and herbal mixture (to be taken at home) that greatly improved my symptoms.
I’ve also witnessed some great results she’s had in curing fungal skin rashes. She was able to do so without using western medications (many of which have nasty side effects) and the effects were more long lasting than even the strongest steroids.
Eden utilizes her knowledge of Ayurveda to treat a whole host of western ailments including skin rashes, insomnia, the common cold, and even infertility. Her approach is a mixture of excellent history taking, prescribing herbs and topical oils, massage, and several other modalities.
Overall, she’s very smart and has an ear for everything you are saying. She’s able to explain Ayuerveda in an understandable way and cares very much about her patients.

Eden Tosch is a very warm, caring human being. At the same time she is professional and knowledgeable in Ayurveda, her field of expertise. She was very welcoming to me and showed her sincere desire to help me heal. She even gave me herbs without any extra charge. Eden is equipped to give traditional Ayurvedic treatments including shirodhara and pancha karma .I highly recommend her to anyone seeking gentle, yet effective, healing treatments, including recommendations for herbs and lifestyle changes for vibrant health. Only drawbgack — her office is up a long flight of stairs so not available to handicapped persons.

Eden is very knowledgable about ayurvedic herbs and how to use them to facilitate healing. Eden takes time to listen to your concerns and then uses a compassionate approach to support your healing process. Eden helped me tremendously when I was having some skin issues. I highly recommend her.

Eden is a fantastic health practitioner! I am pregnant and I started going to her back in February of this year. She is extremely knowledgeable in traditional ayurvedic practice and has helped me with diet, herbs to ease some of my pregnancy-​related discomforts and soothed my achy body with wonderful abayanga massages (lots of nourishing oil!). Eden makes it easy to understand how to make small and accessible changes to one’s diet and is so compassionate as well. Did I mention how fantastic her massage is?!
No fault of hers, some of the herbs coming from India are slow to arrive and harder to come across here. But Eden will find a way to bring them or something similar to you! FYI, her office is located on Grand ave and parking can sometimes be challenging. There are steps up to her floor when you first arrive, in case that is difficult for some, however her office is quiet and cozy and well worth the previously mentioned challenges!
Eden is very accommodating in finding an appointment time for you and you will be well taken care of.
