Flatratesites was developed out of the need for new business owners to be able to establish an internet presence without breaking their piggy bank.

Max Martin, the owner spent over a decade in the sales work force literally talking to thousands of business owners along the way to pinpoint they’re highest priorities and most crucial needs.

To that end, he create a website company that offers layered plans and can fit pretty much any business budget.

Max started out in the tech world at about the time DOS was invented, he originally ran a the tech suport department for a division of Lucas Corporation, then as a west coast regional manger for a start up company regional technical manager on the west coast for a major start up company supporting Lucky stores, then finally his last position in the tech world was managing IT support teams in the silicon valley.

After the dot com crash, Max worked in the sales world and learned marketing from the ground up selling advertising for small businesses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

This unique blend of management experience, technical know-​how and marketing knowledge gives him the foundation needed to create and run a unique company strategically positioned to help the small business owner.
