I had used them for years; to service our parking lot lights… their service is spotty at best
Sometimes it can take several days to get them out to perform service.
I honestly believe that they only hire office staff that is able pass a dumb test, they have at times sent out a service truck that was too small to reach our lights,
they are incapable of getting our billing address right,
recently I needed I sign on the building removed, after 2 weeks of phone messages and emails, I wasn’t able to get them out and had to use someone else
Their prices are decent, BUT they take up way to much of my time to deal with them
