Nice guy, competitve estimate, nice portfolio but no references. «Disappeared» twice with no communication. Work not completed to written contract specs. After debating with him to redo the job, he agreed to fix it. It has been two weeks with no contact.
It should be a warning to homewoners when they can’t find a cyber presence for a modern company. I have never owned a home before, so I learned this lesson the hard way. I should have trusted my instinct that something just wasn’t right. I should have supervised every step of the process. If I had, I think the work would have been done properly. Hope this saves someone the stress I have had to go through.
