«Hello. Can you please hold?» I’ve been on hold for 43 minutes. And now I realize she put me on hold at 4:06. And they closed at 4:30. Update: I ended up on hold for 56 minutes and then gave up. I called their customer service number to lodge a complaint(800−464−4000) and the the prompt said«Because of high call volume, your wait time may exceed 30 minutes».

How you write a review for injection clinic? I haven’t been to ton of injection clinic. To what do I compare? I went for easy injection, in season when many in my profession swarm injection clinics for job requirement injection, so many people just like me in there, and nurses and staff well prepared for us. Poke-poke go real smoothly, easy, quick friendly. What more anyone want? Lollipop? I need injection of articles, prepositions, and various parts of speech, but I’m not sure those, here, are provided.

This is my 2nd attempt to getting my final follow up vaccine. The first attempt, my fault, fine. I was a little late for registration. Second time,(currently) sped and ran my ass here to make it by 4:30. Indeed it did!!! With 3 minutes to spare! As I was dropping my card into the box for registration, crankosaurus at the desk named Josephine was trying to tell me I didn’t make it, they are closed. I looked at my phone again and indeed it was not 4:30 just yet. So I told her what time it is! Apparently the clock hanging up was off by 5 minutes! WTF! Talk about rude! I wasn’t going down without a fight and thank you other kind patients for having my back and telling her wassup! Josephine of course was all upset and went to taddle tale to the nurses. I am still being seen because I MADEITBY4:30! its clear that Josephine doesn’t wanna be here or like her job, she even admit it herself, but don’t be rude to patients!!! And fix your damn clock! Maybe if you know how to tell time, then patients wouldn’t try to tell you otherwise! As I am writing this, Josephine had to call security here to stand here in the vaccine clinic to «clear out» everyone who isn’t registered. She is tripping!!! Maybe she shouldn’t be working here! Talk about patient care.

For working in Germany for the US military as a civilian, I have to provide(among many other info) a health statement which proves immunity to tons of illnesses. So I had to be a pin cushions to get all these vaccinations. Because of the generosity of my clinic, I have had Kaiser coverage for almost a year now. I went to my PCP and he ordered all the prelim labs and the shots for me at the Alameda offices. But the chicken pox vax wasn’t available there. Neither was the flu vax. So I had to go to the OAK facility. After working there in Psychiatry for just a few weeks years ago, I was not thrilled. But my experience at the Injection Clinic, I can only praise them. The staff was great. Friendly, personable, efficient. The shots did not hurt at all. The Kaiser system works if you know how to utilize it. Just some medical center are far superior. And some departments within those are great, others not so much.
