I first worked with Kevin through my place of employment; when I got engaged, I immediately thought of Kevin.
Kevin has a great sense of humor, he is a real artist, and he is extremely easy to work with whether at a non-​profit event or a wedding. For our wedding, he came up with a huge variety of creative shots and locations around our venue that captured the wonderful feelings of the day. He made everyone feel at ease and he went the extra mile in terms of flexibility and timing.
Add his empathy to his quickness and his fantastic sense of composition and lighting and you get powerful, creative, one-​of-​a-​kind photos.

Five stars is not nearly enough to express the high level of photography that Kevin provided at our wedding. He was an absolute treat working with prior/​during/​after our big day. The end shots were amazing and completely exceeded our already high expectations. Most importantly, he’s a fantastic guy and people love to have him around. He’s not invasive when he shoots, but adds a fun, engaging attitude and demeanor that helps to facilitate great photography.
We’ve also hired him for some corporate work at an out of town conference earlier in the year and he excelled. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire for any future work.

Kevin was the photographer for our wedding weekend in Mexico last summer. We put him up to quite a task… capturing 4 full days with multiple events and having fun while at it! He more than delivered! First off Kevin has a a great eye for light and setting. He scoped out the venue and found all the right spots to capture the setting and mood. His style combines an artistic eye with a great sense of the energy and emotion of an event. This displays well with his mix of candid moments, beautiful lighting, and the seamless integration of natural settings. Combine all that a charming and hysterical sense of humor and what more could you ask for?! As the bride and groom we felt so at ease knowing Kevin had it all under control and we could relax and be in the moment. He perfectly captured one of the most intimate and best times of our life.

So another glowing review for Kevin — from the really-​boring-​corporate-​headshot side of the picture equation. He was as charming and friendly as the other reviewers found him to be for their more personal (fun) assignments, and made the process a pleasure. I’ll be looking for excuses to use him for future assignments for sure.

We also found out about Kevin from Tara Arrowood. Lucky us! Kevin was a delight to work with. We hired him to do our daughter’s California reception (was married in New Zealand). Since we had already had wedding pictures taken we had a specific list of what we wanted — pictures of the bride and groom looking at the camera (not looking at each other, dreamingly, we really wanted to see their faces) and family pictures with grandparents. Kevin delivered on everything we requested plus more. I immediately wrote to him the next day thanking him for working so hard (he was never in the way). Now a month later we got the proofs, and we are blown away. Fantastic! Great, great photos. He really knows how to set up the photo, and they are beautiful. WE ARE SO PLEASED. Highly recommend Kevin. We can easily relive the evening by looking at the pictures. Thanks so much Kevin!

I second the previous reviewer. Kevin is the shizzle, the bomb, boss, phat, bad, rad, tops and all other forms of platitudes. Tara told us we’d love Kevin, they often work together, and are a dynamic duo that should don capes to be perfectly honest, but she told us we would love Kevin when we met him and sure enough we did.
Our engagement photos were a barrel of monkeys which is exactly what we needed. I don’t think I could handle spending that much time in front of a lens without good laughs and wit and Kevin is chalk full of both of them. I know he shot our friend’s wedding and they have nothing but wonderful things to say about his work. Kevin is a consummate professional that comes across as a human being that understands he’s working with normal people. It’s a very friendly easy and comfortable situation standing in front of his lens an that made a world of difference. The end result of all that comfort are wonderful photos. The hard part, which ones do we print! We have only so much wall space!
We’re incredibly excited to have Tara and Kevin, Cannon and Nikon, both represented at our wedding. Seriously lucky to have you sign onto our debaucherous affair in a mere 3 months. And yes, at some point we will want them to put down their lenses and have a good time with us cause they’re that talented, cool and wonderful to work with.

Kevin shot our Rehearsal Dinner (Mustaches and Kilts!) and our Wedding Day, and he captured every moment, person, and emotion of the whirl wind weekend. When we sent out our photos to the wedding guests we were inundated with responses on how amazing the photos were and how he has such an amazing eye! He was able to create a the perfect snapshot of our weekend, and I couldn’t imagine the wedding day without him. By the end of the weekend, I thought of Kevin as friend and still do. He was able to blend in and capture every angle and second of the day. He was on his feet from the minute my makeup started till the last guest left. His prices are so reasonable, especially for the caliber of photography. His style is impeccable, his presence is exceptional, and he is an all around great person.
I would recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a photographer.

Kevin is AWESOME! We were so happy to find him for our wedding.
He was pretty reasonably priced — especially considering his excellent work! He did our engagement photos as well as our wedding and we were so happy with every single aspect of both from start to finish.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kevin to anyone.
