Lazear Mack is an Oakland-​based law firm whose attorneys have been dedicated to creatively and aggressively resolving their clients’ legal issues for decades.

Mr. Lazear began his career appearing at arbitrations, on behalf of labor union employees, completing more than 100 labor arbitrations in his storied career. Arthur Lazear was a pioneer in the field of employment class actions. In addition, Mr Lazear is a veteran of both federal and state appeals courts.

Morgan Mack has practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area for almost 17 years, helping to obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in damages and settlement awards for deserving clients nationwide. Mr. Mack has worked closely with his clients to produce a number of the largest class action settlements ever achieved in employment law, while maintaining his devotion to actualizing the best possible result for each class member.

Arthur Lazear (Partner) has had a storied career in Employment Law, representing unions and individual laborers for over 30 years in cases before all courts in the State of California.

Morgan Mack (Partner) joined Mr. Lazear as an associate at Hoffman & Lazear, and has worked hard by his side for the past 15 years. When Hoffman & Lazear dissolved, the two formed a partnership in 2013 to carry on the good work.

Angela Lazear (Paralegal) has worked in the legal field for decades, most of them in the field of labor and employment law. She is passionate about serving the firm’s clients, and making their experience as stress-​free as possible.
