Description

Specialties

Wing Chun is a Chinese system of self-defense; its design is based on angles, body mechanics and structure; maximizing the strength and effectiveness of its methods.

Wing Chun actions defend and attack simultaneously and at close range; seeking to rapidly overwhelm the opponent with counter-attacks. Wing Chun’s strength is in being simple, direct and efficient; actions are always about disturbing balance, taking position and chasing center of mass.

At LeBlanc Wing Chun we offer practical training methods for self-protection, in a safe and friendly environment. Wing Chun training is about developing under pressure: precision, balance, speed and structural power; its methods are purposefully practiced in a way that maximizes safety and encourages reflexes that meet the demands required for self-protection.
